I'm a wife, mom, and certified Holistic Health Coach diagnosed with ADHD and autism in my late 20's. For most of my life, I have struggled with just daily life while never understanding why. It has taken me a couple of years, lots of tears, research, and acceptance to get where I am now. And, I still have work to do. Which I know will just take time.
